Our own Alex Kim teamed up with David Hart, VP of Operations at Flexitallic, to present Flexitallic’s Smooth Start: New Operation Launched with Precision at MWUG in Ann Arbor. This presentation outlines how the Flexatallic team adapted their processes to local requirements while maintaining alignment with their existing systems during the setup of a new operation in Mexico. David Hart shared that Flexitallic has, to date, successfully set up over 6,500 items with BOMs, routings, and comments that include work order instructions, using 32 Soft’s Data Loaders. Alex Kim provided a brief walkthrough of the tools that continue to support the Flexitallic team’s multilingual environment. You can watch the presentation below.

Don Lindsey, 32 Soft and Khoa To, RxSight teamed up again to present Leading in the Recessive Values Era, at both MWUG and WECUG. In this presentation, Khoa and Don discussed the importance of the shift to values-based leadership and outline why clarity, coherence, and trust now matter more than speed. Khoa and Don present examples of companies that follow this path and offer a road map for you to lead from intention, protect your company’s attention, and design for trust.
