You download existing Firm, Released and Plan work orders into easy-to-use spreadsheet, change the sequence of orders, add any Simulated orders or place any on-hold. Then run shortages check to see if you have enough materials to complete the orders. WO What-if tool provides the summary and detail reports showing the result of shortage check. If shortages are found, the tool tells part numbers, quantities, dates and supplier info to prepare purchase orders.
Once you like the scenario, then convert massively SIM or Plan Orders into Firm and then you can massively release Firm orders to the floor, printing WO tickets from the spreadsheet.
