Upcoming Mid West QAD User Group meeting

Some recent article has struck me “…today, a single computer chip has the power close to a human brain…”. Then why our QAD users do so much mechanical and non intellectual work on their computers? There must be a way to shift more work to the system’s shoulders. Especially these days, when companies have to do more stuff with reduced headcount.

On upcoming MMUG conference, I will be presenting and sharing ideas, how QAD batch functionality can free up great deal of user’s time, how simple or complicated processes can be automated and run in batch automatically. This is something we have been practicing for many years and so anyone can do too without buying any 3rd party software or paying consulting fees. Not many IT people are aware of these techniques to fully utilizing QAD batch functionality and there are reasons why. It’s just a small piece of knowledge, which can make a big difference in your organization.

I am sure you will enjoy this event because of the quality and quantity of the information and people you meet at MMUG. And the place, Kalahari resort, is great. You can take your family with you and they can enjoy aqua park while be you doing business. (This is what I am going to do.) It’s also a good opportunity to meet face to face and to learn more about your business and problems you are experiencing.
