Similar to all other Excel Loaders, the program validates the source data on the spreadsheet and uploads only 100% clean information to QAD. Excel ranges with inappropriate values are highlighted right away, giving clear visual indication, why rejected. Thus, your business users are able to take corresponding actions promptly, correcting the input and re-submitting the data.
Sales Order Excel Loader has “mapping” capabilities. Since the source customer order data not necessarily have the exact QAD part numbers, product configuration details, UoM, etc., the program is equipped with “mapping” capabilities facilitating rapid repetitive order processing.
Upon request, Sales Order Excel Loader can be configured to generate a work order for each SO line. This way, you get more automation i.e. less manual efforts and errors.
