Great news for folks who use Advance Repetitive Schedule in QAD, 18.22.2.1 menu. We made a few enhancements to 18.22.2.1 Excel Loader, which you will find useful, we hope.
The original version of the loader was presented in this posting.
We have added capacity check feature. So the program now helps you to understand how low/high the production load is on each work center.
Another enhancement provides visual aid to scheduler, indicating ranges where demand is not covered. Here is how it works: when “Net Requirement” button is clicked, the program highlights schedule ranges, where cumulative scheduled qty is less than cumulative Net requirement in QAD. This feature will help you to schedule quicker and more accurately.
